This is a real favourite from Mitel, and has been built specifically for heavy phone users, such as in a busy call centre. It has also been built to be compatible with most headsets, so no worries there.

Based in the DHSG standard, the headset can even be used to control volume and accept calls, which is a useful feature indeed. Mitel 6725 Lync IP Phone

Seen as a more mid-range IP phone, the 6725 Lync is known for its ability to operate as a stand alone Microsoft Lync endpoint. This means that there is a synchronised integrations with the desktop client, making life easier all round when using Skype for Business. You can expect to find this for around £100, which is quite good value for money once you’ve considered the features and abilities of it. The colour screen is a nice touch too, and makes is quite easy to navigate.
